How well do the products sell?

Artesandinos has been assisting importers for over 15 years and our first customers continue to import products from Colombia, a testimony of our validity, quality and service.

Yes, we work with craftsmen on packaging development. We have often performed ‘drop tests’ for our customers.

Artesandinos performs quality inspections both during and upon completion of production. Out of specification products are rejected. If there are minor differences we will inform you by sending you photos so that you can decide if the product is acceptable.

If it is a production problem, then the product will be replaced or credit note issued.

Normal delivery times for a 20′ container or LCL shipments is 45 days and 60 days for a 40′ container.

Artesandinos. If there are production setbacks that affect delivery dates we will inform you immediately.

Artesandinos organizes production and shipments, but the supplier invoices the importer directly and the importer pays the supplier. Artesandinos invoices its commission separately.

Prices are ex factory. Normally suppliers request a 50% advance with the order and the balance when the products are shipped.

Prices are set once a year in January and are normally maintained throughout the year.

10% over ex-factory prices for most products. 15% if the supplier is located in a remote area or requires additional supervision.

No, we only charge the importer. We provide consulting services free of charge to suppliers.

Yes, some of our customers have carried out audits and these have always been satisfactory.

We normally ship 20′ or 40′ containers of assorted products. There are no minimums for existing products. There will be minimums for a product developed especially for a customer.

Yes. Sometimes we do it but the minimum order is US $ 5,000.
